- We contact the hospital, nursing home, hospice, GP, as appropriate.
- We arrange for the completion of the Death Notification Form

- In the case of cremation we arrange for the completion of the Medical Certificate for the crematorium
- We remove the deceased to your chosen location; hospital/nursing home mortuary, our funeral home, or a family residence.
